*The distributions that we pay are uncertain and not guaranteed. The timing and amount of distributions is determined by our board of directors. We may pay distributions from sources other than cash flow from operations, including but not limited to, from the proceeds of this offering, from borrowings or from the sale of properties or other investments. Through September 30, 2014, on a cumulative since inception basis, we have paid distributions of $1,696,736, of which $1,077.156 was reinvested through the issuance of shares pursuant to our distribution reinvestment plan. During the three and nine months ended September 30, 2014, we paid distributions of $478,559 and $1,223,733, respectively, of which $278,195 and $738,026, respectively, was reinvested through the issuance of shares pursuant to our distribution reinvestment plan. We commenced operations on May 30, 2013. During the seven months ended December 31, 2013, we paid distributions of $473,003, of which $339,130 was reinvested through the issuance of shares pursuant to our distribution reinvestment plan. During each of the periods presented above, while distributions exceeded earnings, our expenses were supported by expense support payments from our advisor, which are subject to repayment in future periods and will reduce cash flows during those future periods. Consequently, for each of the periods presented above, 100% of the distributions were funded from cash flows from operations. If our advisor had not made the expense support payments, these distributions would have been funded from offering proceeds or borrowings.

The Company has a limited operating history. As a result, an investment in the Company is speculative. In addition, investors will not acquire an interest in the Company's advisor.
